PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a support member to an operator cab upper part without protruding the member from a right/left side surface part, by providing a working opening part for bolt fixing the support member to the cab upper part in a front part, and closing this opening part with a front cover. SOLUTION: Support members 3a, 3b, 3c are provided in a drag foil main unit 1. The support member 3a is provided in the rear part, a plurality of mounting holes are drilled in right/left both end parts, the members 3b, 3c are provided in right/left both sides, and a plurality of mounting holes are drilled in a front end part. A rectangular working opening part 11 is provided in a front panel part 1a. In installation, the drag foil main unit 1 is set up in an upper part of a operator cab, and right/left both end parts of the support member 3a and a front end part of the members 3b, 3c and bolt fixed to a fixing member. Here, through the opening part 11, the support members 3b, 3c are bolt fixed from the outside, and the opening part 11 is closed with a front cover 13. Then, the support member, without protruding from right/left side surface parts, can be easily fixed, and outward appearance is made to look more attractive.
