PURPOSE: To prevent deformation of a child lever when an operation part of the child lever operates a device from outside, and prevent looseness of the child lever. ;CONSTITUTION: An operation part 5a of a child lever 5 is slidably fitted along a notch hole 1d arranged in a base member 1c, and a collar part 5c which can slidingly contact with a surface of the base member 1c along the notch hole 1d is formed in the operation part 5a. The collar part 5c is pressed toward the surface of the base member 1c by energizing force of an arm part 5b, and prevents looseness of the child lever 5. When the operation part 5a of the child lever 5 operates a device from outside of a door, even if a load such as being pushed in toward the inside of the door acts on the operation part 5a, the collar part 5c receives a pushing-in load by coming into contact with the surface of the base member 1c, and checks deformation of the child lever 5, and smooth actuation can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
