PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage channel unit, a drainage treating device and a drainage treating method which satisfy the following conditions (1) to (6) described below. (1) Cost of equipment and cost of maintenance management are low and running cost is little. (2) Purification of drainage is sufficient and soil pollution is little. (3) Prescribed fluidity of the drainage can be assured by simple constitution. (4) Nitrogen and phosphor in the drainage can be efficiently removed. (5) It is useful to prevent underground water from being reduced. (6) Planting is also established.;SOLUTION: The drainage channel units 11 are provided with water channel pipes 21 having leakage holes 22 at parts of the pipe walls and permeation tanks 31 having leakage holes 32 at parts of tank walls. In the effluent treating device 71, the water channel pipes 21 of the drainage channel units 11 are connected with each other to constitute drainage channels 81. Further the water channel pipes 21 of the drainage channels 81 are connected with a drainage introducing system 91 and the drainage channels 81 are buried in a burying stratum 121 of a ground surface GL side by exposing an upper surface part of each permeation tank 31.
