PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile type electronic mail device by which it is reported to the user that electronic mail data having a form incapable of being made into a facsimile output is received and data which can be accessed browsed by other means. SOLUTION: In the case that received electronic mail data have a form incapable of being made into a facsimile output, an electronic mail control section 32 transfers the received electronic mail data to an information terminal equipment of a transfer destination. Then a facsimile control section 33 outputs an error message, including sender information and an added file form from a recording section 39. Furthermore, a display control section 35 starts a display section 29.
