PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a liquid level for carbon dioxide or the like which is surely under a near critical state, so as to measure its liquid amount.;SOLUTION: This thermosensitive liquid face sensor of the present invention has a heater element 1 introduced into a pressure container 14 sealed with the near critical fluid such as carbon dioxide, and a temperature measuring element 2 provided with a temperature measuring point 13 for measuring a temperature of an outer wall face of the heater element 1. A heat flux of the element 1 is made 0.3 W/cm2-2.8 W/cm2, and a size of the temperature measuring element 2 attached to the heater element 1 is made ϕ3 mm or less. A sheathed thermocouple is used at the temperature measuring element 2, and its outside diameter is made 1/7.5 or less of that of the heater element 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
