PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing or recovering boron solution with a high concentration with a small amount of passed liquid.;SOLUTION: The method includes the first process in which wastewater containing boron is passed through an OH-type anion exchange resin so that the boron is caught by the resin and the second process in which an alkali solution is passed through the anion exchange resin which caught the boron so that the boron is eluted, and the resin is regenerated into the OH type anion exchange resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
