PURPOSE: To excessively excavate a space to widen a shield frame by a copy cutter reasonably in advance. ;CONSTITUTION: A slanted smoothing part 9 is planned so that it is positioned on this side of an expansion part 8. A shield drilling machine 6 is driven to excavate a unit volume, over excavating at the smoothing part 9. The shield frame 3 is gradually expanded for every drive per unit volume.
