PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder which can form a copy usable for both diagnosis and reference, and an image recorder producing a hard copy where information other than image information can be viewed easily while keeping the diagnostic power of image and a specified part can be diagnosed easily.;SOLUTION: Since the images G1 and G2 of an object are recorded in the first regions Ga and Gb and chart information is recorded in second regions C, Wa-Wc in the vicinity of the first regions on the same recording medium M, a doctor can perform diagnosis well under transmission state.
