PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable and waterproofing fabric enhanced not only in preventing property of dew condensation but also in heat retaining property as well as moisture adjusting function inside of a cloth. ;SOLUTION: This fabric has a resin layer including organic fine particles having high moisture absorbing property and thereby heat generating property, and thus, the resin layer manifests hygroscopic heat generating property and dew condensation preventing property, the fabric characteristically manifests a hygroscopic generated temperature difference (T). T=T(sample)-T (blank)≥1°C. T(sample); surface temperature of the fabric having the above resin layer in absolute dry condition preserved at 32°C and then putting in an environment of 32°C and 70% relative humidity for ten seconds, T(blank); surface temperature of a fabric having the same resin layer but without containing the organic fine particles having high moisture absorbing and heat generating property, treated in the same process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
