PURPOSE: To integrate semiconductor circuits by making directions of potentials appearing at resistor terminals identical to each other with respect to the A/D converter. ;CONSTITUTION: Reference resistor circuits B1-B16 form a reference resistor array. A direction of potential appearing across resistors R1-R16 of the reference resistor circuit B1 when all switches SW1-SW15 of the reference resistor circuit B1 are simultaneously closed, a direction of potential appearing across the resistors R1-R16 of the circuit B1 when all the switches SW1-SW15 of the reference resistor circuit B2 are simultaneously closed, and a direction of potential appearing across resistors R1-R16 of the reference resistor circuit B16 when all the switches SW1-SW15 of the reference resistor circuit B16 are simultaneously closed are set identical by the reference resistor array.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
