DGPS positioning system and DGPS receiver apparatus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential global positioning system(DGPS) receiving apparatus by which DGPS correction data contained in a data broadcast is generated as data which conforms to the Radion Technical Commision for Marine Service (RTCM) Standard when the data broadcast is constituted of data which does not conform to the RTCM Standard and to provide a DGPS positioning system which uses the conforming DGPS correction data. ;SOLUTION: DGPS correction information is extracted by a data extraction part 2, from data information on a DARC-system FM multiplex broadcast, and the extracted correction information is held in a correction-information storage part 32 as past data. When the new DGPS correction information is extracted, a control part 31 judges a satellite, whose ephemeris is being changed, on the basis of the past correction information held in the correction-information storage part 33, and it decides a corresponding RTCM message type so as to be written into a data generation and information storage part 34. On the basis of its data generation information, and RTCM data generation part 32 generates and outputs DGPS correction data according to the RTCM Standard from the DGPS correction information held in the correction-information storage part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
