PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the performance lowering regarding orders and to answer a delivery period and a price in a short period of time accurately by offering an alternative proposal to comply with a customer's order. SOLUTION: A delivery period and price answering device 140 comprises a device 141 that a reservation request, priority data, a production plan 111 and product data 121-124 from an input device 210 are inputted to and computes, a device 142 that determines if the computed result is satisfactory or unsatisfactory to reservation request data, and a device 143 for preparing an alternative plan for the reservation request data, in the case of being unsatisfactory or, regardless of being satisfactory/unsatisfactory, generates the reservation request data that the product data is adjusted for using the device 142 depending on the priority data, computes with the adjusted reservation request data, depending on the computation result, prepares the alternative plan complying with the priority data using the device 142, while reflecting a problem countermeasure 131 according to an execution sequence 132 for the problem countermeasure managed by a management part 130 and information 133 on price adjustment, and computes with the alternative plan using the device 141.
