PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set food enabling easy tasting of casseroled shellfishes with shell without staining the hand simply by heating with a gas heater, and to provide a cooking system for the food.;SOLUTION: A middle lid 2 is placed close to the bottom of a steaming pot body 3 made of heat-resistant aluminum foil. A number of holes 7 are opened on the middle lid to smoothly pass the steam from the bottom. The middle lid is further provided with cavities of the number corresponding to the shells to be cooked to stabilize the shells and prevent the displacement of the shells during the transportation. A hole 5 is opened at the center of the upper lid and is provided with a dent to enable the spontaneous pouring of water and liquor to the bottom of the pot. The hole is closed with a seal 9 before cooking to prevent the spill of water during transportation. The upper lid is provided with swollen parts 6 at places corresponding to the cavities 8 of the middle lid to allow easy opening of the shells. The upper lid is easily openable before eating the shells by pulling a string 4 placed along the boundary of the upper lid 1 and the put body. The shellfishes with shell are served together with the upper lid, the middle lid and the pot body in combination with water and liquor of an amount suitable for the size of the pot and the quantity of the shells.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
