PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain effective analysis information and support information from business information irrespective of the experience and ability of business personnel and fairly evaluate business activities.;SOLUTION: This system performs the analysis, support, and evaluation of the business activities for every business unit based on the business information presenting the business activities for every business unit such as shops and facilities. The business units are classified by using various business information representing the business state of the business units such as the contents of the facilities, business configurations, and business records held by each business unit. Based on this classification, the business units are compared with the other business units for analysis and, based on the analysis results, the business support is performed.
