SOLUTION: A person wears a jacket when it is cold, takes off the jacket when it gets hot, folds the jacket, fixes the jacket to the an accessory belt, winds the belt on the waist, always carries the jacket and, if required, deals with change in weather by wearing and taking off of the jacket.
