PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for settlement, a device for financial institute, and computer program capable of preventing a corporation from being damaged by the corruption of a person who obtains medium identification information on authentication medium and term of validity information in a settlement using the authentication medium owned by a natural person related to the corporation.;SOLUTION: Only the medium identification information is notified to the corporation 200, the medium identification information not added with the term of validity information is sent from a device 20 for the corporation to a dealer device 40 controlled by a dealer 400 through a second dedicated communication line L2 with high safety, and the medium identification information not added with the term of validity information and sales prices are sent from the dealer device 40 to a financial institute device 10 through a value-added communication network NW2 allowing a transmitter to be certified with reinforced safety.
