PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for emergency helping people evacuate and preventing the collapse of a building when an earthquake occurs at the time people sleep or the building is about to collapse, which is usually housed under ground not needing a place on the ground.;SOLUTION: When the earthquake occurs, the apparatus for emergency housed underground starts up by an earthquake sensor.
