PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant device by which a door is easily and surely opened and don't need the occupancy space for opening in a tunnel or a gallery, to provide the fire hydrant system using the same and the utilization promotion method of the device.;SOLUTION: In this fire hydrant device, a hose 33 from which fire extinguishing liquid from a water supply pipe 23 can be discharged by opening and closing a fire hydrant valve 36 connected to the water supply pipe 23 is stored and the door 1 to be opened and closely being elevated and lowered at the time of taking the hose 33 in and out is provided.
