PURPOSE: To enhance the reliability of switch operation and easily expand a switch operation range, regarding a safety rod detection switch for a cab tilting device or the like. ;CONSTITUTION: While the support 15 of a chassis frame is formed to have an approximate U-shape with the upper side and one side as well as the lower side kept open, so as to enable a safety rod 16 to be inserted and set along a direction approximately orthogonal with the axial direction of the support 15, a safety rod switch 18 for detecting whether the rod 16 is set on the support 15, is laid near the support 15 and fastened to the chassis frame. Also, the switch 18 is formed to have a mechanism directly operable via the motion of the rod 16 in a direction approximately orthogonal with the axial direction thereof, or formed to be operable, due to the pushing force of an operation rod 18A.
