PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode-ray tube coating film consisting of a plurality of layers equipped with good resisting characteristics against electromagnetic radiations, a high surface hardness, good fingerprint resistance, and assuring good mass-producibility.;SOLUTION: The invention applies the manufacturing process consisting of a step to prepare a glass panel, a step to form an attaching layer on the glass panel by sputtering, a step to form an absorbing layer on the attracting layer by means of sputtering, a step to form an electroconductive layer on the absorbing layer by means of sputtering, a step to form a protection layer on the electroconductive layer by means of sputtering, and a step to apply an anti-flash material to the protection layer through an atomizing process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
