PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling a garbage by using a fish bank reducing a transport cost while maintaining quality of the garbage without carrying out a disposal of incinerating the garbage, without using the garbage as a feed for domestic animals and without changing the garbage into a fertilizer by a compost, improving survival rate of released fry, etc., enhancing utility of the fish bank as a hide, a rest, a spawning ground and a feeding ground for fishes and shellfishes, activating a fishing ground and increasing the takings without depending only on a cultivation and to provide a garbage truck for the method. SOLUTION: This method comprises loading a vacant space of refrigerator trucks 20 and 22 returning to a delivery center 13 or a fishing port area with the garbage 1 by a grocery store 10 and also by a local public entity 11 and transporting to a feed plant 14 for producing a feed 30 for aquatic lives 32, changing into the feed 30 for aquatic lives 32 and spreading the obtained feed 30 for aquatic lives 32 to the fish bank 40 to achieve growing of the aquatic lives 32 such as algae, fishes, Crustaceans and shellfishes and the increase of the takings of aquatic products.
