SOLUTION: An iron amount carried into a nuclear reactor 2 and corrosion- discharged from a structural material inside the nuclear reactor 2 is made twice or more the amount either a nickel amount carried into the reactor 2 or a nickel amount generated inside the reactor 2, and the upper limit concentration value of iron in system water to the inside of the reactor 2 is made 0.10 ppb or less.
