PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating structure of an optical mirror which does not give rise to a problem of adhesive peeling, suppresses vibration of the mirror and can prevent degradation in its surface accuracy while realizing reduction of the number of parts and man-hours.;SOLUTION: This optical mirror vibration isolating structure on a moving scanning system has a pair of brackets 3 which support both ends of the optical mirror 1 on a moving body, a reinforcing member 2 which is arranged on a rear surface 1b of the optical mirror 1 and suppresses its vibration and retaining members 4 which are disposed between the reinforcing member 2 and a pair of the brackets 3 and have integral elasticity to hold the reinforcing member 2 in pressurized contact with the rear surface 1b of the optical mirror 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
