PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment capable of preventing the deviation or curving of a gastrostoma hole in spite of pulling out an already inserted gastrostoma tube by inserting a guide part with a handle to the gastrostoma hole in advance and capable of guiding the tube to be inserted newly to the inner cavity of a gaster from the gastrostoma hole by inserting it along the guide part, in the exchange of the gastrostoma tube. SOLUTION: The equipment consists of the guide part (1) for guiding the gastrostoma tube while holding the gastrostoma hole and a handle part (2) for operating the part (1).
