PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board holding apparatus with a function for adjusting the tilt angle of a board.;SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a mount section 3 on which the board 1 with both surfaces available and with magnetically adsorptive property can be mounted so as to change from one surface to another, a leg section 2 on which the mount section 3 is disposed at the mid-position in height, a swing arm 4 that is attached to the leg section 2 so as to be freely swung, and a magnetic member 5 that adsorbs the back of the board 1 so as to freely change the position.
