PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely, surely and effectively deliver a cargo to a recipient.;SOLUTION: This cargo delivery information processing device 100 is provided with a processor 101 and a memory 106. The processor processes data concerning a delivery request of the cargo received from one of the plural information processing devices through a network 50 so as to store the data in the memory. The processor generates an identifier of the cargo and makes one of the plural information processing devices write the identifier in a user card 133. Other delivery devices 115 and 155 are provided with processors 136 and 156, readers/writers 137 and 157, and memories 138 and 158. The processor reads out the identifier of the cargo stored in the user card with the usage of the reader/writer.
