PURPOSE:To eliminate danger due to electric leakage by observing the balance between current of plural input wires and that of output wires which are connected to a rectifier, and opening an opening/closing device on the output side of an terminal for the secondary voltage of a generator when unbalanced current is detected by a converter. CONSTITUTION:AC output which is outputted from a terminal for the secondary voltage of a generator passes through an opening/closing device 4 to be converted into a DC output by a rectifier 2. The converted DC output is inputted into a driving device 8 as the driving power of a motor-driven compressor 9. Besides, the balance between the current of plural input wires and that of output wires which are connected to the rectifier 2 is observed by a converter 5. When it becomes unbalanced, the opening/closing device 4 is made to open by an opening/closing control part 7, and an abnormal indicating means 6 makes a driver sense an abnormal condition. It is thus possible to carry out air- conditioning safely without danger of electric shock or fire.
