PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start using a device without an unnecessary waiting time by completing the preparatory operation in a short time in the case that the buildup control of the device is performed after stored data are transferred from a control means provided with a nonvolatile memory to another control means and are stored in a memory after power-on. SOLUTION: When stored data are read out from a nonvolatile memory 16 of a main control unit 11 and is transferred to an engine control unit 21 and is stored and held in a RAM 24 to start the buildup control, a high priority is set to stored data which are used for the buildup control requiring much time, and stored data are read out and transferred in accordance with this order of priority.
