RUNNING METHOD OF STOCKHOLDER'S GENERAL MEETING OF REMOTE LOCATION PARTICIPATION TYPE UTILIZING NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running method of a stockholder's general meeting allowing a stockholder participate to the stockholder's general meeting through a network without visiting practically the assembly hall of the stockholder's general meeting. SOLUTION: An assembly hall site of a host company, a satellite site and a remote stockholder's site are connected and a voting right from a remote stockholder' site is tallied up at the satellite site and sent to the assembly hall site. The decision by vote can be made quickly by tallying up of voting rights hierarchically at a plurality of satellite sites and the assembly hall site.
