PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know a state of shipment and delivery of an ordered product without making access to a selling center from a customer.;SOLUTION: A selling center terminal 20 transmits selling product information and receivable retail store information to a customer terminal. The customer terminal 10 transmits purchase ordering information, retail store appointing information and an e-mail address for receiving the ordered product. The selling center terminal 20 forms order identifying information for identifying the customer and the ordered product, and transmits the information to the customer terminal 10 and a retail store terminal 40, and transmits delivery instructing information to a delivery center terminal 30. The selling center terminal 20, the delivery center terminal 30, and the retail store terminal 40 inform the customer terminal 10 of the arrival, delivery, and an arrival state of the ordered product. The customer 1 presents the order identifying information by coming to a store when receiving an arrival notice.
