PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote sales of commodities by efficiently managing the business generated in trading the commodities.;SOLUTION: A computer apparatus 40 of a system management department creates a slip for payment for the commodity purchased from a virtual store 20 by a customer 10 (41), and transmits the slip to the customer in place of the virtual store through a dedicated line 31 (42). The customer clears the payment by a credit card through the dedicated line (15). By this arrangement, the virtual store is released from the business for issuing a bill due to sales of the commodities and settlement for it, so that the load of the virtual store can be reduced.
