PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force-feeder for improved soil capable of feeding improved soil of high quality (high concentration and high strength) to a distant place.;SOLUTION: Weak soil and cement milk are independently force-fed to a kneading means 3 provided at a pontoon 16 in a reclaimed location 11. Only the weak soil of low viscosity is force-fed to allow long-distance force-feeding and to allow force-feeding at high concentration without increasing water content. Improved soil of high viscosity is force-fed from the pontoon 16 near the reclaimed place, and the improved soil is fed to the reclaimed place without heightening the force-feeding capacity of the kneading means 3.
