PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience in designating a user when document filing of picture data of a document. SOLUTION: An image processor provided with at least one of a scanning function, a printing function, a copying function and facsimile functions and connected with a server storing picture data via a communication path, includes a memory for storing image information printed on a paper surface or scanned from a paper surface, a transfer unit for transferring the picture information and additive information for specifying the picture information automatically to the server, regardless of the presence and absence of an expressed transfer instruction from a user, a display operation unit for displaying a list of a plurality of user names for obtaining a user name as the additive information, so that a user selects the user name, and a user name program-searching selecting and displaying unit for program-searching a plurality of user names, by at least one character/numerical figure inputted from a display operation unit and displaying it on the unit.
