PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molding having a high void fraction, a light weight and excellent bending rigidity. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin molding containing reinforcing fiber having a mean fiber length held at 1 mm or less comprises a sectional structure in its thickness direction having a skin layer not almost containing an air gap, a foamed or expansion layer having a void fraction of 10 to 50 vol.%, and a beam structure layer having a higher void fraction than that of the foamed or expansion layer so that the fibers are entangled with each other and fixed by a thermoplastic resin near its contact point.
