PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine granular disinfection/washing composition used at the time of disinfection/washing of an artificial dialyzing fluid supply device, a dialyzing fluid supply line and the peripheral machinery, instrument or the like of them, and a method for disinfecting and washing an artificial dialyzer by dissolving the fine granular disinfection/washing composition in pure water.;SOLUTION: The disinfection/washing composition of the artificial dialyzer contains chloroisocyanuric acid compounds, polyphosphate, a sodium salt and a chelating agent as effective components. The artificial dialyzer is disinfected and washed using a chemical liquid prepared by dissolving the disinfection/ washing composition of the artificial dialyzer in pure water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
