PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resisting performance of a target building or the like can be easily diagnosed, the earthquake resisting performance diagnosing system of the buildings or the like can be easily and quickly understood by the occupants or the owners of the buildings or the like, their weak points and the location can be concretely pointed out by characters and graphic information, pictures or the like and reinforcing method or the like for the structures can be advised thereby protecting valuable human life and buildings.;SOLUTION: By referring to the check sheets of present situation survey items, video tapes, photographs, design documents and references related to the ground conditions on the relevant buildings prepared by occupants or owners of the buildings as targets for the earthquake resisting performance diagnosis, the specialists for the earthquake resisting performance detailed diagnosis and evaluation for various diagnosis items based on field surveys, and overall decisions are reported to the residents or the owners in the form of characters and graphic information, animation, still pictures or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
