PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the getting on and off guide method, system and program, and a recording medium recording the program, capable of information the getting on and off guide to a passenger from a center device monitoring a movement of the passenger by utilizing a passenger's portable storage means.;SOLUTION: The center device writes the basic information in the getting on and off schedule information inputted by the passenger in the passenger's portable storage means, produces the first guide information on the basis of the getting on and off schedule information and the request for the getting and off guide information to present the information to the passenger, further presents the second guide information to the passenger when the passenger enters from a ticket gate and the like, presents the third guide information to the passenger when the passenger gets on a vehicle, presents the fourth guide information on the approach to the destination, when the passenger approaches to the destination, and presents the fifth guide information to the passenger when the passenger gets off the vehicle and goes out from the ticket gate and the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
