PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation efficiency on a virtual trial manufacturing device when production facilities are simulated on the virtual trial manufacturing device.;SOLUTION: This virtual trial manufacturing device equipped with an output information display part, an input information operation part, an emulator engine part, and a control program storage part, comprises an input/output relative setting part which sets relative input/output information in a preparation stage before emulation, an input/output relative storage part which stores the relative input/output information, an input/output relative operation part which monitors input/output information during the emulation and transmits the relative input information to the emulator engine part relating to the state of the output information, an input/output operation transfer supervisory control part which receives and confirms the output information of the output information display part during the emulation and monitors the input information generated by the input information operation part in the order of the reception, and an input/output operation storage part which stores the output information and input information in order after the supervisory control part monitors them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
