Zinc-based phosphorus Sanfukushio anti-rust pigment, a method of manufacturing the same, and, anti-rust paint containing it

PURPOSE:To provide a non-pollutive and excellently anti-corrosive pigment useful for coating. CONSTITUTION:The anti-corrosive pigment is a zinc phosphate double salt comprising zinc phosphate in which 5-50mol.% of the zinc is substituted with one kind or more of metals selected from magnesium, calcium, barium, strontium and aluminum. The pigment is produced by wet-kneading and mechano- chemically reacting a zinc compound and the compounds of one kind or more of metals selected from a group consisting of magnesium, calcium, barium, strontium and aluminum with phosphoric acid or a compound thereof by a mechanical means. A coating containing the pigment exhibits an excellent anti- corrosive property.
