PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a one-package moisture-curing resin composition excellent in storage stability and curability and curable into a tack-free product having a high elongation and excellent weathering resistance and to obtain a latent curing agent desirably used therefor.;SOLUTION: There are provided a poly(meth)acrylate resin having at least one oxazolidine group in the molecule and having an average molecular weight of at least 2,000 and a one-package moisture-curing resin composition containing the poly(meth)acrylate resin and a urethane prepolymer having at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
