MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR CONTENTS AIMING AT EDUCATION AND METHOD FOR MANAGING THE CONTENTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to distribute optimum teaching materials to learners in accordance with study results of the learners at the time of performing the distributing of teaching materials for study by using the Internet/an intra-network and to enable a manager to totalize and manage efficiently these teaching materials for study.;SOLUTION: This management system is provided with a database 11 in which IDs of users of teaching materials are registered and in which study user's personal histories of the users are recorded and a contents management device 10 in which a means 1 which verifies the password of an user based on the registered information of the database 11 and which makes only set teaching materials to be laid open to the public with respect to a logged-on user, a means 2 which records and stores the user's personal history of an user to the database 11, a means 3 which totalize the study histories stored in the database 11 and display states of the histories on a manager's terminal and means 4, 5 which narrow down a plurality of attributes as to users by combining the attributes and set a condition and search and extract trainees conforming to the pertinent condition and store the extracted result as a text file and distribute electronic mails to the extracted trainees in unison are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
