METHOD OF ISSUING EXHIBITION INVITATION CARD AND SYSTEM OF MANAGING EXHIBITION ATTENDANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easy the management and analysis of the information about the customers to be invited to an exhibition by an exhibition sponsor and the information about the customers attending the exhibition. SOLUTION: A desirable card-shaped cut is formed at a nearly central part of a post card, and a contact-less IC card formed of an IC chip storing the customer information and the exhibition information and a printed loop antenna is provided in this card shape. Destination of the customers based on the customer information is automatically printed in a destination section, and posted so as to issue the exhibition invitation card. The customer information read by a card data reading device 40 provided in the exhibition hall and the new generated transaction data 14 are sent to a visitor data base 10b of the administration center so as to collectively administrate the information.
