PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit another client to receive the transfer of information even when another client requests the transfer of information in a state where one client among the multiple clients is receiving the transfer of information and even when one client does not end the reception of the transfer-requesting information. SOLUTION: A local information server transfers a part from the top of information to the client by the transfer request of information by the client to the local information server so as to permit the client to reproduce a part from the top of the information. A master server transfers the other part succeeding a part from the top of information to the client via the local information server so as to permit the client to continuously reproduce the other part succeeding a part from the top of the information without a break.
