PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recording medium recording a program for medical inquiry simulation which enables early detection and early treatment more appropriately by enumerating as many potential diseases as possible by combinations of many symptoms and getting rough idea in regard to a user's own disease. SOLUTION: In this recording medium recording a program for realizing medical inquiry simulation by a computer, the program consists of a procedure for sequentially developing medical inquiry images to display them, a procedure for selecting a corresponding medical inquiry answer from the medical inquiry developed images, a procedure for storing a symptom code corresponding to the selected medical inquiry answer, and a procedure for deciding an estimated disease name by comparing the stored symptom code with disease name decision data stored in advance. A disease name is decided by the existence/absence of an essential code acquired by the medical inquiry answer, the existence/ absence of one or a plurality of optional codes and the number of pieces of agreement between these codes and the disease name decision codes stored in advance, and all disease names subjected to agreement are displayed.
