PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate dealing server, certificate dealing method which allows a user to reduce information input with regard to certificates being a dealing object and achieve simplification and a recording medium therefor.;SOLUTION: In the certificate dealing server 12, a certificate information picture including information with regard to the certificates is displayed on a user terminal through a network 10b. A certificate information picture processing part 24c generates the certificate information picture including the information which specifies the brands and a setting means for setting sale or buying of the brands about a plurality of brands to be displayed on the user terminal. When the sale or buying is set by the setting means on the certificate information picture, a communication control part 22 receives information specifying the brands at least from the user terminal.
