PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumer's idea collecting and intellectual property implementing proxy system conformed to a maker's product development theme using the Internet by collecting idea suggestion contents from the consumers beforehand at a theme optimized to the idea collected by a maker's development department and performing an agency function of implementing the intellectual property such as a presentation, contract negotiation, and cash collection to the maker's development department on the Internet.;SOLUTION: The consumers who intend to commercialize the idea and an enterprise who intend to adopt the idea of the consumer and to develop the product transact on the intellectual property on the Internet for mediating between the idea devised by the consumer and the idea intended by the enterprise. An application method by reading or downloading a format to an information terminal part of the consumer is adopted as a unified format for inputting data designed by a designer, or the consumer, to enable transmitting and receiving.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
