PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy running data by supportedly mounting a simple railway inspection and measurement car for inspecting and measuring the mis-alignment of the railway of a railroad lane on the upper surface of the railway to produce, by dummy, the state of the car running on the railway.;SOLUTION: The facilitated rail inspection and measurement car having running wheels for running on tread surfaces of two rows of rails fitted to the front and rear and right and left sides of a generally H type measurement frame, having a measurement wheel for measuring the mis-alignment of the railway fitted at center parts of the front and rear running wheels, and inspecting and measuring the mis- alignment of the railway by manually running on the railway is supportedly mounted on the upper surfaces of the railway. Running wheel blocks 14a to 14d are fitted to front and rear end parts of right and left support 13a and 13b at positions corresponding to running wheels. Measurement wheel support rollers 15a to 15b are fitted to center parts of the running wheel blocks at positions corresponding to the measurement wheel. One of the front and rear running wheel blocks 14a to 14d at least on one side is allowed to reciprocatingly move in the inner lateral direction, and the other one is allowed to reciprocatingly move in the vertical direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
