PURPOSE: To treat effectively intermediately stored and transported waste goods and to reuse them energetically and materially by first pressurizing waste goods of all kinds for pyrolysis under compressed condition, then reacting them immediately at high-temp. to separate water vapor components and vaporizing carbonaceous components to reduce them to low-molecules. ;CONSTITUTION: A heatable, tubular pyrolysis tube 1 is connected airtightly to the upper part of a melting bath 10 in the vertical direction, and the pyrolysis is conducted in a part of tube 1. Furthermore, a pre-compressing device of pyrolysis products is provided at the upper opening of the pyrolysis tube 1. Then the pyrolysis products are compacted by a hammer of a compacting tool 2. When the pyrolysis tube 1 is heated by a gas burner 9, the pyrolysis products prevent discharge of gases into air, so org. waste goods can be maintained at a pyrolyzing temp. Furthermore, the pyrolysis residue is completely burned down again in the melting bath 10, solid residues are decreased, heat energy is obtained, and the pyrolysis residue is made inorganic.
