PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent easy affection by line speed, to protect rights of a content provider, and to provide program preparation unique to a user including a television program in providing of various contents such as images and music over the Internet wherein conventionally there are situations of slow speed of a connection line and the rights of the content provider not protected.;SOLUTION: A content service provider provided with a group content server is set up between the content provider and the user, and the user installs a family content server in one's home.
