PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community formation support device to promote the formation of a community even for a stranger without acquaintance.;SOLUTION: An information control part 21 selects a plurality of users having good chemistry according to a degree of chemistry among users calculated by a degree of chemistry calculating part 33. A character selecting part 23 selects characters corresponding to the users having good chemistry and a message control managing part 37 automatically generates messages to be transmitted to the users. The information control part 21 transmits the characters and the messages to terminals of the users. Consequently, the users can form the community as observing the characters and the messages of opposite users displayed on a screen of the terminals and the promotion of formation of the community is enabled even to the stranger without acquaintance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
